  Alex came to the home i was planning to buy. It sounded good idea to get private home inspection before putting 100,000+ . He is nice guy and gives you a lot of advices about the house. The only issue i have is he never emailed my the home inspection.. i mean what the hell? He got the 250$ check and he cashed it. But i still didn’t get the report i was promised to get.... did i get ripped off? Anyways i house that i was planning to buy, had too many problem so i walked off the deal.. Still i want the report that i paid $250 for. Fyi: I asked him how many houses did he inspect last year (2013)? He said 800+ (sound a lot and really hard to believe)
